FAQ
Q: How do I load my video onto the album? It's simple - no apps, software, or tech experience needed. Just plug the album into your computer using the included USB-C cable, and it appears as a USB drive. Drag and drop your video file across, eject it, and it's ready to play.
Q: What video formats are supported? The ForeverFlix Video Album supports MP4, AVI, WMV, and AVM formats. MP4 is the most common format and works perfectly. If you're unsure what format your video is in, feel free to contact us and we'll help.
Q: Can you load the video for me before it ships? Absolutely - just email us at info.foreverflix@gmail.com after placing your order, let us know your order number and attach your video file (or share a Google Drive/DropBox link), and we'll load it onto the album before it ships. No extra charge, just one less thing for you to worry about.
Q: Does the album come with anything on it already? Yes - your album arrives with a short sample demo video pre-loaded so you can see exactly how it looks and plays straight out of the box. Simply replace it with your own video whenever you're ready.
Q: How long does shipping take? We ship from New Zealand and within New Zealand only, and delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Q: How much video can the album hold? The album has 4GB of built-in memory, which is enough for up to 3 hours of video depending on the quality. In 720p or 1080p this may be reduced to approximately 1 hour, plenty for a full wedding highlight film, a baby's first year, or a collection of family memories.
Q: How long does the battery last? The album has a 1500mAh rechargeable battery that provides several hours of playback on a single charge. It charges via the included USB cable.
